Production times

Our usual production time is typically 1–3 business days, but the exact timeframe depends on the type of project. Larger, more complex, or multi-stage orders may require additional time.

The final timeframe is always confirmed after reviewing the file or project details.

What affects the timeframe?

Production time usually depends on:

  • seasonality and current workload

The clearer your information is from the start, the faster we can evaluate both the production time and the overall process.

Urgent orders

Urgent orders may be possible, depending on our current workload and the type of project. In some cases, a rush fee may apply, which is discussed individually based on the order.

If your order is urgent, we recommend mentioning it when submitting your inquiry.

Inquiry response time

We aim to reply to inquiries as quickly as possible, usually within 1 business day. If the order is clearly described and includes the main details, we may be able to provide an initial evaluation even sooner.

Collection in Vilnius

Orders can be collected in Vilnius by prior arrangement. More detailed collection information is provided individually.

Delivery in Lithuania and worldwide

We ship orders within Lithuania and internationally. Depending on the size, type, and destination of the order, delivery can be arranged via:

  • parcel lockers
  • courier service

The most suitable delivery method is selected based on the specific order.

When can the timeframe be longer?

Some orders may require more time. This can happen when:

  • a larger quantity is ordered
  • the project is non-standard
  • the file needs additional editing or preparation
  • the design is highly detailed
  • the project involves multiple production stages
  • demand and workload are higher than usual

In such cases, the timeframe is always confirmed individually before production begins.
